April Fools Day

I just told 7 year old son that I got an email from his school that the heating system broke and the school would be closed for a few days….

Then I dropped the April fools hammer.

He wasn’t thrilled with me. My younger son thought it was hilarious.

That’s as weak an April fools joke as anyone could conjure up.

As if he would give back half of his signing bonus and walk away from his salary. If he retired today he’d owe the Dolphins more than $10M, which they would go after immediately.

The irony is that he was asking me all day to play a prank on someone and really I just wasn't in the mood. The only targets would've been him, the wife or the 4 year old.

He literally got what he asked for.
