And TE depth is not great in this draft. There is no TE worth a first round grade a very few belong on the first day of the draft. I only foresee ten or so TEs drafted.
And WR while in terms of numbers may look like a deep draft, there only mostly made up of solid #2s and #3s. There are no elite prospects at wideout like last year. Devin Thomas (rated #1 WR on my board) would have been drafted as the fourth WR last year after Johnson, Ginn, and Bowe.
Bennett fits what the FO likes in a TE. Same thing with Carlson. Cottam as well. Keller and Fred Davis would be considered H backs in this offense. Id look for a TE high in this draft. Possibly as early as 32.
