Because he’s a douche. His production dropped way off in the second half of last season. They are probably going to be more TE focused with the drafting of Dalton Kincaid last year. Plus they will be drafting a WR this draft.

The Bills select at #28 in the draft followed by the same pick (#60) in R2.

So while, yes, they are likely thinking WR, the truth is that they won't get the top guy(s).
