Bringing 'pack' mentality to Miami

With it now appearing to be joe philbin as our next head coach, I believe we bring in the mission statement of the packers organization. West coast offense, efficient quarterback play, good offensive line, two good running backs and a good defense, albeit missing for packers this year.

Does this mean Matt Flynn or RG3? Does philbin bring in Tom Clements to run the offense? Who will be his coordinators? Time will tell but I think this guy will be motivated to win football games. If we can get the personnel like green bays, this should be a good turnaround!

:lol2: the west coast offensive philosphy is based on a different approach, not a different system with different working parts. It's not nearly like swtiching from a 3-4 to a 4-3. The one difference in personnel is the style of quarterback play. We havent settled on a qb yet.
