Philadelphia front-office executive Tom Heckert Jr., who will be considered if General Manager Rick Spielman is replaced at season's end, has received interest from Cleveland for the same post. Heckert worked with the Dolphins for 10 years prior to 2001.

Cleveland hired a head hunter service to make a list of potential candidates. Tom Heckert Jr. is just one of the names that is on that list. The Ravens have been contacted by the service about Phil Savage as well. I imagine you will see things expand to include Randy Mueller and other executives like Ted Thompson, Tim Ruskell, and Bob Grier.
