12:45 PT: ESPN.com's Len Pasquarelli reports free agent CB Terrell Buckley (Patriots) has signed a one-year, $750,000 deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
 
We don't need Buckley anyway. He's just a heartbreaker when you need him to step up. Who we really need to go after is LB Keith Mitchell but it doesn't look like we are.
 
Keith Mitchell is a want, not a need. Lets not waste money on a position that is solid right now......

20:37 PT: The AP, citing KRIV TV in Houston, reports the Houston Texans have reached a contract agreement with free agent LB Keith Mitchell (Saints). He reportedly reached an agreement in principle for a one-year deal with the Texans. Texans GM Charlie Casserly declined comment.
