Well we are in a down time before football really gets going again. So I came up with an idea that should bring in some fun to the board. You are going to build the perfect NT piece by piece. I have broken the body into 5 zones each means something and i will explain that later, fill out each position to build your perfect NT. I wont limit who you use but of course I would prefer you use D-linemen.

HEAD:
The head is football smarts/IQ. This is a players ability to know tendencies of coaches and o-linemen and be able to shift the line and make adjustments so that he and his team are always successful.

ARMS:
This is for technique and leverage. Pick someone who always had great hand technique and used his arms well and always played with great leverage and just dominated o-linemen by winning the battle of who is lowest.

CORE:
This section is for POWER, stability and longevity. As an interior linemen you take alot of stress on your shoulders back and chest. Who is the guy who was just a BEAST with strength and just was around forever playing at an elite level.

LEGS:
This will be several things things, pass rush ability your run stopping push and probability most importantly your burst. Pick a guy who was just really quick off the snap and has both good push to disrupt the pocket and and take double teams and still manage to alter running lanes.

FEET:
This is kinda an add on but still very important. I have made feet EFFORT and MOTOR. think of a guy who never quit(s) and just keeps going and going keeps his feet moving and just has a motor that makes you go DAMN.

So to help you out if you dont fully understand. Say you think that Deacon Jones had the best technique and always played with great leverage and you think Dan Wilkinson was the strongest and stood the test of time. Then you say for your perfect NT you want Deacon's arms and Wilkinson's core.

Have fun with it guys.

Well, since we're in pretend-land ...

His name is Maul Crushyerarse - 7 feet tall, 750 lbs, 2% body fat, 4.25/40 yd. dash ... he doesn't have to think, he just eats O-linemen whole.

I want him to play running back too!!!

I just give me Vince Wilfork with Zach Thomas brain capacity. No need for anything else.

(enter name here) is 300 feet tall. He weighs about 30 tons, with no body fat. He can bench press anything. He runs a 0.000001 100 yard dash. He also can teleport straight to the ballcarrier. Also, he is Dirty Sanchez repellent. Any time dirty gets to close, its and automatic pic-6.
He can play as many positions at a time as you want him to. He is impossible to stop in any way. He runs over (or stomps on) anything thats in front of him.

We can build him...we have the technology...(cue theme music.)

Head: Bryant Young (No interior defensive lineman ever had a better head for the game IMO)

Arms: Reggie White (Never seen a defensive lineman dominate offensive lineman with his upper body the way Reggie White did)

Core: Tim Bowens (Was an absolute ROCK for Miami's defensive line no matter who you stuck beside him...very underrated player)

Legs: Warren Sapp (Quickest defensive tackle I've ever seen)

Feet: John Randle (If you look up the word motor in the dictionary...you'll see a picture of John Randle)

Ok, I will play this one...

Feet/Legs....Warren Sapps, always explosive off the snap, and had the feet of a DB
Strength/hands...Reggie White, for just shere power every single play, knowing how to utilize hands and leverage
Core...William Perry "Fridge", when i think of core strength, i think of an immovable object
Pass Rushing ability...Brue Smith, just explosive first step and able to manipulate body lean/control, just was a pass rush genious/specialist
Brains/Mentality...Mean Joe Green, the name says it all

Reminds me of my Maddem Mutant team back in the day.

Someone who does NOT look like this..
