it was his first year with the team, he came out and said he wants to improve and get better and earn that right to be considered a impact pro-bowl player......

and you want to knock him for that......the negativity is rediculous

"flapping gums" is what Crowder was, he never talked about wanting improve himself or his play, just distractions going back and forth with rex ryan
