While I like what I've seen from Philbin so far, in the back of my mind I kept wondering......would Shula have had a meeting like this over a player like Johnson?
(of course I would imagine that Shula's players would have weeded Johnson out long ago)

Times have changed and even Shula admitted he mellowed in his later years......was not as tough on players as he once was.
