Can not access User Control panel

So I just got to work and came to site and saw I had a visitor message waiting. I tried clicking on it and I got this message:
Database errorThe FinHeaven Your Home for: Miami Dolphins, Miami Dolphins Forums, Miami Dolphins News database has encountered a problem.Please try the following:

• Load the page again by clicking the Refresh button in your web browser.
• Open the www.finheaven.com home page, then try to open another page.
• Click the Back button to try another link.

The www.finheaven.com forum technical staff have been notified of the error, though you may contact them if the problem persists.
We apologise for any inconvenience.

I tried clicking every option in the drop down menu, from "My Profile" to "Private Messages" and only "Edit Profile" worked. I also tried it on my Blackberry and still got the same message.
