That was the day I became a Dolphins fan.
It was the 1974 AFC semifinals, better known as the "sea of hands" game.
Raiders - 28, Dolphins - 26. The thing that stands out about that game, in addtion to the TD pass from Stabler to Davis, was the 89 yard kick return by Nat Moore.
I was only 6, but for whatever reason, I decided I'd start liking the Dolphins on that day. 31 years later, and I'm still a fan.
Looking forward to sharing thoughts/opinions on the upcoming season.
