The value lies where Miami strength is . . . and that's in the 2nd and 3rd round where Miami has 4 picks. The Dolphins should either draft players with all 4 picks or even trade down to acquire more picks in those rounds.
I don't mind a GM being aggressive and trading up . . . this isn't the draft to do it.
