Well, duh. Tebow is garbage. They used a first round pick on Tebow, they have to see what they have. Obviously, it will be nothing, and they're all right with that because they'll be in the running for Luck.
Well..duh! It's not breaking news that Orton is a better QB than Tebow. I'd be hard pressed to find many starting QB's I wouldnt take over Tebow. He's a bigger, stronger Pat White with more "drive" and "leadership". The guy makes throwing a football look REALLY complicated.
Some of the people posting on here really mean it when they say they don't want Orton. And some are just whining for the hell of it. If we don't pull off this trade it's going to suck. Orton can get Marshall the ball, he doesn't turn the ball over, and he passes for touchdowns. He does everything Henne doesn't. He reads the field well, whereas Henne looks like a robot. With the talent we have a guy Orton can let our playmakers and defense win games. Henne will blow it.
It seems like Orton is the one holding up the deal....he simply doesn't want to play in Miami. If he's not going to be happy here what kind of production can we expect from him?
its refreshing to see how desperate Denver is to rid themselves of Orton so much they gotta spill how suddenly "awesome" he looks against Timmy Tebow.John Fox wants Delhomme back so bad, but he couldnt possibly sign him, cause then the Dolphins couldnt take him seriously with trade compensations...lol
Of course Orton looked better - he is a veteran who is proven in the league. Tebow is a 2nd year player still learning the game. So why are you surprised that the veteran QB looked better in practice #1??
