In Greg Cote's latest article he states that Dave Wannstedt "Sees A.J. Feeley emerging to provide a clear upgrade at quarterback."

Did I miss a press conference or something? I wonder where Cote pulled that out of? His A$$?

I think Cote is speculating on what Wanny is seeing. I seriously doubt he actually said that.

Look at the rest of the "bullet points." Here, "sees" means "anticipates."
