Tart was really good in 2022. He was one of the best FAs remaining on the market. He comes with character question marks but is almost definitely the second-best DT on the roster behind Sieler.

I just think Grier is crushing free agency with players, low salaries, protecting comp. picks, etc. Miami lost some real good players in FA, but matching the salaries they received would not have been smart, IMO.
