Eric Rowe Explains What He Saw During His Interception Against The Jaguars

He should explain also what happened during the "Pass Interference" call. And why 90% of CB's never turn their heads to track the football and not the player.

Turning your head at the wrong time is probably the number one reason many cornerbacks lose a step on a wide receiver.

Remember the receiver knows the play not the CB . . . The receiver could be running a 4.4 on his route knowing where he needs to be . . . The CB needs to be step for step and that doesn't happen by tracking the ball initially lol.

Watch your man, watch if he slows, watch his helmet and his hands. You can still make a play on the ball if you get there, but you have to get there.

The turning your head stuff makes more sense in the red zone but just don't get mossed for a 60 yard TD.
