Fins open as favorites against Falcons

According to Covers.com, the Dolphins are currently 1 point favorites against the Dirty Birds. Vegas has apparently bought in, lets go Fins!!

Dolphins get 3 points at home, so without that bias the Falcons are favored.

But why be a negative nancy about it?

Home team gets 3 points but anyway the line is a nice acknowledgement for the Dolphins. I think it's fair.

Yeah, I don't care if they award 3 points for being the home team. To be favored over a team that went and almost won the NFC Championship game last year is a damn nice feeling. Now we just need to take care of business and put the league on notice.

We get respect from the odds makers but not from the pundits. They will favor our opponent no matter what our record is.
We could go undefeated - win the Super bowl and the pundits would say that we had an easy schedule..
It isn't going to change if we beat the Falcons.
