I don't understand how the same coaches who got players to overachieve last year suddenly cannot coach this year. With the exception of Chan Gailey and the OL coach on offense, the coaches are the same. Its very hard to argue against this opinion.Wel, my belief is we won't make the playoffs till grier and flores are both gone
