I'm not so sure.

That article says
The site said the story originated from a Georgia Tech message board that had a link to a series of photos. A post claimed a fan went to the Tech band section while the band performed at halftime, dropped his pants and defecated. But there was no photographic evidence or arrest of a fan afterward, or proof that any alleged person involved was a West Virginia fan.

Considering that the last part of this statement is not accurate, you have to call into question the rest of their conclusion. I saw, my wife saw, and our friend saw that same guy being escorted out by the police. He was being followed up the stands by his friend (the friendship was obvious as the guy was apologizing to everyone for his buddy that was being escorted out by the cops). His friend was wearing a WVU shirt, and it was obvious to everyone that both were WV fans. There is ZERO question that the same guy was escorted out by the police, and there is ZERO question that he was a WVU fan.

I've read it twice, and I'm still trying to figure out how they can absolutely say no such event occurred. There isn't anything in that article to disprove such an event, especially considering the "facts" that they have wrong.
 
Still crazy. Just a weird situation

But, was there proof that there was poop in the seats? or did they just guess. Unless of i see the poop for myself, or somebody else has a video of him actually dropping a deuce, then i wont believe it
