Isn't LeBeau a 3-4 guy?
I like the idea of getting him and I also like the 3-4, but in a cash strapped year, can the team make whatever personnel changes are needed in one year?
Normally, I would say it is a process and it would not have to be done in one year. Unfortunately, I am old and too many years are going by. The bigger issue is that LeBeau is really old and if the team is to get full advantage of hiring him, they cannot waste years.

If we were interested in going to a 3-4, I would definitely bring Lebeau in as a consultant to first list positional parameters to help the scouting staff, and then to sit with the coaching staff to review the philosophy behind his scheme and teach individual positional coaching priorities.
