Hi Guys,

I heard some interesting information on the Dolphins new
Offensive Coordinator Chris Foerster that I thought I would
share with you all.

I live in Sarasota and usually listen to a radio station
known as the Sports Animal, 620 WDAE out of Tampa. You can
check out their website if you'd like (www.620wdae.com).

Ian Beckles has a show on from 9-noon. Ian was an offensive
lineman with the Buccaneers from 1990-1996 and Chris was
his offensive line coach for some of that time.

Ian stated today on the radio that Chris was by far the
worst coach he has ever worked with, that he didn't know
anything about coaching the offensive line, that he never
communicated with his players and he has no personality.
Ian went on to call Chris a big backstabber and then said
that he ran up major phone bills calling 1-900 sex lines
and eventually was run out of One Buc Place.

Did anyone else in the Tampa area happen to hear this today
around 11AM? I'm tempted to send this information to the
Miami press. Should I do it? Ian was adament that this
move was the beginning of the end for our offense this season.

Sounds like Ian has some sort of grudge!? Not saying it is not true, but seems REALLY out there. I would think he would never get a job again if he was that bad. Especially when all the other quotes I have seen have been positive.

That does sound disturbing, but it also sounds like some serious sour grapes.

I don't see any reason to not send it to those muckraking bastards in the press. If it's true and it gets uncovered, maybe the team will relent. Otherwise, maybe this Ian guy will be exposed.

Backstabber? Hm, sounds like Chris ran up Ian's phone bill, stuck for the bill and claimed Ian did it when his girlfriend found out? All belive half of what you hear and it seems to me there are some personal greviences and this Ian guy is then expanding that by talking smack about his coaching abilities.

Hmm, do i believe this Ian has been bitter radio host or manning, Dungey, Billick and the others who came forward to praise him?

So then why do we need a sky is falling thread again? This doesn't hold water to the praise he's received so I don't see any reason to think we have trouble.

Honestly, after a second read, I'm not sure that there is anything here. For whatever reason, I read the stuff about him being a bad coach too quantitatively. It's all qualitative stuff that isn't really going to have weight. Ian has an opinion that is apparently contradicted by several other opinions expressed about the guy. Big deal...

My friend who is a Bucs fan just got done telling me that when this guy got fired they found all kinds of porn on his computer.............nothing wrong with that at home but................ :shakeno:

Marv Alberts is a back-biter. Nobody remembers that, do they?

Him being horrible would make sense as to why Wanny chose him.

Oops, sorry! I'll be positive next time. :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao:

seems to be true....

but, Beckles still seems a little bitter and it may be because he was an UFA and the Bucs never even made an offer to keep him. If Chris was the line coach at that time, it's pretty clear that his opinion of Beckles would have had much to do with TB's decision not to make him an offer....:hmmm:
