Last year alone all of these guys came in with no history of success in the NFL.
Domanick Davis - Davis is smaller than Minor and probably not as fast.

Rudi Johnson - was 3rd string to start the year last year!
It also happens at QB - Warner and Brady came out of nowhere to win Super Bowls.
Great players in the NFL can be found in the most obscure places - sometimes buried on depth charts.
