Dolphins part-owner Stephen Ross said he expects to be able to complete the purchase of the team before the end of the year. Ross, who has already invested more than $500 million to purchase 50 percent of the team from Wayne Huizenga, will finish the deal by purchasing 45 percent more of the team and the NFL has already approved the final transfer. Huizenga plans to retain nearly five percent to keep part of the team in his family.
