Should Chris Foerester be Fired immediately?

I was giving this some thought.........

I personally have no problem with PORN.

I have no problem with anybody downloading PORN to your HOME computer....

But I do have a problem with somebody downloading PORN to their WORK computer.....It suggests to me a person with a social disorder.....What kind of moron would pack their work computer with porn?

Is anybody else out there a little concerned about our new OC loading up his computer at Tampa Bay with PORN? and then leaving it on there?

This guy was evidently doing something other than watching film on the Bucs next opponents....this guy was surfing PORN SITES!!!!!
 
It was apparently a notebook computer. While I would personally never accept a work computer that I could take home and then fill it with porn, I can see how somebody thinking less about that (perhaps because he was busy coaching) might do so on what little free time he has. We have no evidence that CF even did this (we have rumors), so we don't even have evidence that any of it happened at work.

It's much ado about nothing IMHO.
 
Has he done anything wrong since he's been with the Dolphins?

I don't think it's very professional to fire someone because of what was alleged to happen in the past, with a different organization.

On what grounds, exactly, would you suggest they fire him?

For the same reason that Price was fired from Alabama.....remember?

He was only alleged to have messed around with a stripper......BTW, this is now becoming widely reported for some reason....somebody out there seems to have it out for him....

BTW, I do not want him fired, I just never wanted him hired.
 
Even if these rumors are true, it was 8 years ago and it's very possible/likely that he's learned from his mistakes.
 
Think about it.......Can you put out proffesionally for a guy that was packing his WORK computer with porn?

I would personally think that there was something wrong with the guy.

and again.... have you any proof that he's done this since being with the Dolphins?
You really are suggesting they fire him for aledgedly doing something questionable (maybe at work, or maybe when he took his laptop home... we don't know) years ago, with a different team?

Should your employer fire you because you stole a stick of gum when you were 12?

You don't think that in high profile jobs....that perception is sometimes worst than reality?

Maybe I am wrong........But I was once in the position of hiring or not hiring someone about 5 years ago and decided to not hire the person because at his previous job they found a gambling site with his account on his work computer and they had found that he was gambling at his computer at work. I didn't hire him because it suggested something about his priorities and character.

I dont know that there's any truth to you saying he wasnt working hard. How much time does the average male spend masterbating? I'm sure there was time for both work and play. :lol:

Don't even get me started on Mike Price and Alabama. If that state weren't so puritanical and if Price weren't such a dumbass for doing what he did/not signing a contract, we would have had a QB coach last year. :fire:

The Herald reports that Greg Cote knocked on Chris Foerester's door and when the door was slightly opened, Cote witnessed Foerester......__________

Public relations disaster.

Lets leave this to the character/priorities issue and leave the sexual stuff at the door......okay guys?

I can't fire myself..........In fact, I can load up my computer here at work with all the porn I want.......

In fact, 80% of my office time is dedicated to doing personal stuff.

It's good to be the boss.
