Back for a third time, and seeking a second Super Bowl ring, unrestricted free agent cornerback Terrell Buckley has reached an agreement with the Super Bowl champion New England Patriots on a one-year contract.

Still blessed with a big-play mindset, as evidenced by 47 career interceptions, Buckley remains one of the NFL's premier "nickel" cornerbacks. With Miami in 2003, he played in 16 games and started five, and had two interceptions and seven passes defensed. The former Florida State star has at least one interception for every season he's been in the league.

It is good for T-Buck. I would feel worse about this move had we not picked up both Poole in the draft and Howard via free agency.
 
I'm sure T-buck will be looking forward to playing against Fiedler!
 
Hate to see him go, but you can only have so many corners and so much cap.

I Have A Feeling Tbuck Will Come Back To Haunt Us...it Was Worth Paying Him To Stay Off The Pats
 
He sure gave up alot of big plays here....but he sure as hell made alot of big plays here too. Hate to see him go back to NE. Just hope he doesn`t mess up what we think we`ve got going in 04.
