That is basically what we are looking at this year. I think our defense is better and our offense is about as equally inept as the 2001 version. Still a playoff team, but one wonders how seriously we can actually contend for the Super Bowl.

All these 4-12 remarks are way off base in my opinion.

I still think we can be a 10-6 team, but a 10-6 team that sneaks into the playoffs rather than one that is primed for a title run.

I agree mostly. I think our O and D are better than 2001. The only problems I see is our schedule, our division and if the refs stick to their guns about this new DB rule.
