Our last college OL coach was supposed to be a great hire and a great teacher, but we know the truth how that worked. Why go find unknowns from the minor leagues?

Because many of the NFL known coaches have quantitative problems?
Seems reasonable to me. - LOL
Some of those college coaches will be moving up the NFL sometime, so why not get them in the beginning of their NFL careers and develop them the way we develop players?
