The biggest joy in my coaching career thus far has been: I would say the biggest joy is the preparation involved for a big game. Preparing myself, and watching the team prepare and eventually win. All the games are big, but then there are special games that have more meaning. Last year, for example, with Indianapolis in the first game of the playoffs. The preparation involved, and then to go out and win was wonderful.
