Wannstadt overrelied on Ricky and abused Williams and the offense in the process by throwing Ricky up the middle into stacked lines on early downs and not running a balanced offense.
NOW, Wanny has no choice but to turn to the passing game and run atleast a balanced offense. Travis Minor is a good back, but he is too light to pound up the middle.
Fiedler is also probably a lock now because of his experience leading the offense.
