Jay Cutler looks like the bum we saw in Chicago.

Why everyone who got excited about him is falling in love with fool's gold at this point. He is what he is which has been a horribly inconsistent QB. What people don't get is that he has usually been a QB who can make plays but make turnovers, or a QB who can limit turnovers and not make plays. Either way he has not been a winner and despite playing in two class organizations (and now a third coming off a playoff berth).
