No no no, that's the CBS ranking on their teams. Fouts is on Team #2 due to his ass kissing and connections with CBS, not due to his likeability, football knowledge, and ability to deliver to fans. He also is a raging homer and hater of the Miami Dolphins, and sounds like an old drunk on air. It's the fans and viewers who ranked him at the bottom. He lost out to only Steve Tasker (Bills) for homerism. Fouts trys to be funny but isn't. His sense of humor is dry and makes no sense. He gets angry when the Dolphins do well. He is disrespected by many.
