I wouldnt be so confident as to bet it will happen tomarrow but I think it will happen before the season starts. it makes sense for both teams.

The nets window is closing with Kidd only having a few years leaft as an elite player and need a low post presence though im not sure Randolph will give them the physical prescence they really need. The Blazers need an athletic wing player who can score and defend. The money matches up reasonably well.
