Yes, it is partially his fault. He is the one that was supposed to re-build the line and he obviously struggled to do it. Though, it wasn't his fault that Tait and Woody chose to sign elsewhere. I wouldn't mind giving him a second year to redeam himself(I thought he did very well in his first draft), but if keeping him costs us a big-time coach, then he has to go.
