that you can't have a good NFL team without a good QB. He said that he hopes that Henne is that guy. He did not mention that a team needs a good owner, players, GM and coach.

Scapegoat under the bus ? check. Sadly, if Henne is out for the year.... he's played his last game as a phin. Moore is signed through next year and is the most likely candidate to compete with the rookie.

Wow.. why are you guys assuming anything? What did he say that isn't matter of fact true? Scapegoat? Where do you get that from? Why would he name coach or GM? What makes him a bad owner.. because he's letting the football people he was handcuff into accepting.. which most people here wanted him to keep.. do their jobs?

Let him pick his own football guys before we throw him under the bus. Because everyone was sniffing his jock when he was on his way to Cali to interview Harbaugh.

If Ross really said that, then my faith in Ross just went up a whole notch. It looks like we'll finally take a shot at, and hopefully get, our franchise QB. Whether that's Luck, Barkley, or Jones--this is good news.
