$14,876,411 under an "adjusted" salary cap of $106,524,572 with $13,501,501 "dead cap"

I do not have contract numbers for WR Campbell, K Feely, DT Traylor, and S Worrell

Traylor is $820K in 2007, $830K in 2008.

Feely is $600K in 2007, $850K in 2008, and $1.075M in 2009. Signing bonus has been reported at $2.5M.

Worrell is $595K in 2007, $605K in 2008.

Campbell is $510K in 2007.

how? We were $13 million. McMike saved us 4.2 (miami newspaper said only $250k would count!) joey saved us $2 mill.carter saved us 2.5 and big daddy was 1 and change.we should at least be in the mid 20s!!

Porter's not counted in the above numbers, but I'm betting that Vonnie Holliday's contract took up a pretty big chunk of change.

Wouldn't that be due to the $12M bonus he's getting this year? In relation to his 2007 base salary being much, much lower than 2008 on??

You don't give a player $20 million in guaranteed money for one year. Porter will likely stay the length of his contract.
