feel like DJ Moore in the 2nd would be a steal, and would be a nice replacement if Jarvis is traded.

The player who moved nicely at the Combine and may be flying under the radar is Simmie Cobbs from Indiana. He's a decent physical specimen - 6'3", 220 lbs and looks quite powerful. I notice that Slimm rates him #5 on this list of underclassmen receivers. Were others impressed by him as well? I don't know which round Simmie is projected to be drafted. He may have some decent upside.

No way Moore makes it out of the 1st IMO.His numbers at the combine only solidified teams in the mid to late 20's of his value.
