Tannehill: How High Should The Dolphins Be Willing To Take Him?

Just wondering if it makes sense to phrase the question this way. Assuming the flexibility to trade up or down to any draft position for fair value, what is the highest position that the Dolphins should be willing to draft Tannehill?

My guess is that some would be willing to trade up to #3 to secure him while others would say #42 with their 2nd round pick. In a perfect world, the best scenario would be to trade back to #21, one spot before the Browns second 1st round pick, and roll the dice that no team selects him before then.

Anywhere from about 32 on I would say....cept we would still be giving up too much to trade up that far from our 2-9

8, I think Cleveland is just as cheap as us when it comes to drafting a not surefire thing at QB in the Top 5.
