I heard that he didn't go because Roethlisberger isn't going (he can't go because he isn't a senior), and if Manning went and screwed up, his stock would drop below Roethlisberger. However, since Manning decided not to go, he is still rated above Roethlisberger.

i really don't get into college that much, when the fins are out of it mainly, but i'm gonna have to watch the senior bowl today to see some of the names the guys have been talking about!:rolleyes: ;)

Good reason not to go. That could cost him a lot of money & he'd have gone to a worse team, the Cards.
 
He didn't want to risk getting injured so he's been training at IMG complex in Bradenton.It's reported he's been getting involved in off-season conditioning and lifting weights to help enhance his arm strength.
