No doubt Bill Polian is the absolute best and he's been doing it for decades. He did it with the Bills, he did it again with the Panthers, and won his Super Bowl with the Colts. He has to be considered one of the best of all time, a football czar.

In my opinion the next draft (or two if we are fortunate enough) will go a long ways to locking down Parcells' legacy.
