It's not you. He is extremely well respected in the league and a great hire.

I love the idea of having a dedicated set of eyes as a running game coordinator. Our running game is predicated on timing of blocks as much as positioning. Having a coach with eyes on details can only help to sharpen the execution.

I like the fact that most of our new position coaches have coached their respective positions to Top 5 levels with their previous teams. Bodes well for us imo.
