Two Questions.

In college football how can two players on the same team have the same number. I watched the orange bowl again last night, Perkins and Peterson both wore #28 for OU.

Also, do the little emblems on helmets mean anything? I have noticed them on FSU, Ohio State and NC state. The seminoles have little hammers i think.

Alot of times college players have the same number. There are only so many numbers available and the run out. Usually a good player will have the number and they'll give some bench warmer the duplicate. Not all that uncommon though.


Oh and the stckers on the helmets, for the Buckeyes at least, are earned for good games. GO BUCKS!!!!:evil:
