Was the 7th round pick conditional?

I came across this article about the Travis Daniels trade:

The Browns traded a conditional seventh-round draft choice to the Dolphins yesterday for cornerback Travis Daniels. Daniels can also play safety. He started 25 games in three seasons.

We had first been hearing it was an undisclosed draft pick. Then we heard it was for a 7th. However, could it be a conditional 7th round pick? If it is, it could range from us getting a better pick(maybe 6th round) or getting nothing at all. If it was conditional, I wonder what the conditions were.

Probably based on his making the team (as in we get nothing if he is cut from camp), but hopefully there is something in their about playing time or starts that can make it a higher pick.

yea 7th is good for someone we probly were gonna cut, but conditional 6th would be real nice.
