I do know we don't have the coaches to develope him.
And the defense???? Baltimore didn't punt any today...NONE.
This team has no identity....And that my friends is coaching.

This game was mostly on the coaches. We abandoned the running game even when it was SUCCESSFUL.

The first two possessions of the 2nd half said it all: We go with Ricky, even when Ronnie was going for 6yds per. We call that backwards screen pass to Marshall that loses a bunch of yards.
Then on Defense we consistently put an INSIDE LINEBACKER on Ray Rice. That's never going to work. We didn't play perfectly, but the coaches did not put the guys in good places to win this game.
