What are chances that we get Phillip Rivers through trade?

Ok, i know i'm going get flamed for this but What are the chances that we trade for Phillip Rivers? Hypothetically saying, Brees plays well next year and they make him the guy for the future. Their not going to want to pay Phillip Rivers to be the highest paid bench warmer in the leauge. Does anyone else see this happening, pending Feely dosen't play well?
