in short, all heck breaks loose. the next team is on the clock and whoever wins the race to turn in the cards gets the pick until the dolphins submit their. see the Min. draft recently.
THEN (and this is where the fun really starts) the agents, players, & team dicker about the draft position of the player choosen, and those above and below...it would be messy, but interesting, no doubt!
