What other sports teams do you root for?

NFL - Phins
MLB - Red Sox
NCAA - WVU
NBA - Celtics

Until the Red Sox won last year it had been a long dry spell between championships. A lot of successful seasons but not the ultimate prize. I have had these same teams since childhood, (and I am pretty damn old).
 
Football - Dolphins
Basketball - Bulls
Baseball - Cubs
Hockey - Blackhawks
College Basketball - Purdue
College Football - Purdue - Hurricanes - Gators
Soccer - USA - Greece (Miraculous EuroCup Champions:D )
 
NFL: hmmmmmmmmmm.....lemme think.......Dolphins

MLB: Yankees

NBA: Heat

NHL (if it ever comes back): Redwings
 
NFL - Dolphins
NCAA - Hurricanes
NBA - Heat
NHL - Panthers
MLB - Marlins

..That's right, all South Fla. teams :wink:

Hockey: Toronto Maple Leafs
Baseball: Toronto Blue Jays
European Football: Arsenal Gunners/England (Canada sucks at soccer)
NCAA Football: Florida Gators

I think I'll start one with most hated teams in other sports...

NBA-Sonics, wow no love for my sonics on the board, i will tell you all though, watch out for luke ridnour...he is the next steve nash-john stockton
 
College: How Bout them DAWGS! GEORGIA
(Nebraska football only b/c I went to college there)not like the DAWGS!

NBA: Celts and Bulls(I moved back from Germany his rookie year and saw him for the first time, I can't bail on them now) I do not watch it like I used to. To many guys going 6-24 shooting. These european players are much better shooters. Like BIRD!

Hockey: The lock-out!! Could care less.


NIFL: The Sioux Falls STORM

CBA: Sky Force

Olympic BBall: Not the punks that want to get paid to play(NBA stars)

WNBA: What is that!

Politics: Republicans

Religion: GOD
 
finsnchips...I have been a United fan since about 94. Cantona is my role model and I continue to wear #7 because of him. Plus, its our birthday on the 24th of this month. Where are you from in England?
 
NCAA- LSU
NBA- Heat is now favorite team (LSU alum Shaq)
NFL- forced to watch the Aints but new fav. is Dolphins
Golf- David Toms (LSU alum)

I might be a little partial to teams with LSU ties.

NCAA f-ball- Oklahoma State and UCLA (went to OSU but grew up wanting UCLA)

NFL- Dolphins since 79 and.....yes another team....the Texans

NBA- Lakers since 80

NHL- Dallas Stars

MLS-Hate soccer

MLB- Padres
 
Let's just say I own a Marlins 2003 World Championship ring...definitely my favorite team. I also root for the Heat and Panthers, as well as the Hurricanes...can anyone guess where I'm from?
