I am going to go out the limb here and say Dion Sims because I think we are going to use the 12 personnel grouping more now that we (hopefully) have another legit TE who can block and receive.

In all due respect to the OP, I have no idea who will be #1- #4.

I would assume you want 1, 2 & 3 to be Tannehill, Wallace and Miller in that order, which means 4 should be a guy like Hartline or Keller.

If you had to pin me down, I'd name Keller as the guy you want in that 5th slot. That means we finally figured out how to use the TE in the passing game.

If you have Tannehill playing WR who is going to be QB? Are you saying Matt Moore is going to beat out Tannehill at QB?? Not going to happen. No way Tannehill is going to be made into a skill position, he is our QB, period!!!
