WR Patrick Carter signed to practice squad, CB Vincent Agnew released

According to Omar Kelly, we have signed WR Patrick Carter to the practice squad and released CB Vincent Agnew from the practice squad. Carter was in training camp with the Dolphins in 2011. He's 6'3" 210 and played collegiately at Louisville.
