What tends to happen in drafts in that the level of players go down as the draft goes into the 3rd, 5th 6th etc rounds. so you should not expect the same level of player in our 4th rounds picks etc as our 1st/2nd round picks.

Ya but there were better players in those rounds that Jeff should have drafted. Guys like Patton and Bailey. This team still needs playmakers.
