I'm the reigning champion in my league, but not doing so well this year.

Just 5 and 5. Fortunately the leader in my division is only 6 and 4, so I can still win the division.

Really need to win this week.

I'm 4-6. I'm playing someone who is 5-5 this week. If I win I can hopefully get the 6th seed lol.

I actually like GB and don't really like any other teams other than the Dolphins. I specifically like that they are partially publicly owned.

Quick question... you have the ultimate QB but your team is worse than us... do you think Aaron Rodgers could take these Miami Dolphins deep into the playoffs or the SB?

I ask because a lot of people think we are 1 elite QB away from being a perennial SB contender. And the fact that you have arguably one of the greatest QB's of all time who has not won many superbowls may allow you to see things in a way we dont.

Nope. I think a guy like Russell Wilson could. He is like a Fran Tarkenton. He is awesome on the run. I've stated before there are 5 QBs that are better than Arod. Brady, Big Ben,Brees, Mahomes and Matt Ryan.

You think Mahomes and Matt Ryan are better than your own QB? Seriously?!! I can see how you'd say that about Brady, Ben, & Brees...but Matt & Pat?

Rodgers is not a clutch QB. How many times have you seen him win a game when he was trailing against a winning team in the 4th qtr with under 2 minutes to go? Not many, you can always bank on him turning it over on downs or throwing a game ending pick.

Come to think of it...when I think back on some of GBs games against some of the better teams in the league, they've come out on the losing end more often than not.

Yep there are many Quarterbacks who I would take in the clutch over Rodgers.
 
My childhood team was The PACK!

If Miami can't win ( and duh, that's like OLD news), I'm totally down with GB.

BTW, love your QB.

Just sayin', a number of mavens around here think Thill is pretty hot. Any interest in swapping QBs?

I'm sure we could throw in some delicious stone crabs and maybe some Jimmy Buffett trinkets!

My ears are on fire right now. I think this thread made me realize that we may never be happy with our QB no matter who we have... even if he is one of the greatest of all time.

Second Question... do you think Rodgers is a top 25 QB all time?


I think it is funny because I think if the Dolphins did have Aaron Rodgers... we would be strong contenders to make deep runs in the playoffs every year.
